I graduated from Staffordshire University with a BA (Hons) in English Literature, and earned an MA in Arts in Translation in 2000, and have worked as an English teacher and interpreter for more than ten years. In 2017, I earned my second MA degree by research from the University of Malta in English. Since then, I have shifted theoretically and academically towards Cultural Studies and Anthropology, and pursued those interests through Summer Schools and various seminars and conferences I regularly attend in order to acquire the necessary skills. I have been recently offered a PhD position at the University of Lancaster and will commence my studies in September 2019. My research focuses on Narratives and Nuclear Materials, at the department of Languages and Cultures.
